Prior to joining CVC in 2007, Ben was Head of Financial Sponsors and General Industrials at UBS.
Ben is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He has acted for clients in most sectors of the economy, particularly in the retail and consumer, healthcare and industrials sectors. He has also been a non-executive director of an number of mid-market companies in the retail and industrials sectors.
Joel’s expertise is focused on advising clients on private and public M&A, IPOs and debt arrangement and restructuring.
Ian is an experienced M&A adviser, having completed a significant number of public and private treaty M&A transactions across a range of industry sectors including real estate, tourism and hospitality, childcare, financial services and healthcare.
He has also completed a number of equity capital market and debt capital market transactions.
Most recently Steve was General Manager Business Development at The Benevolent Society where among other roles he led the Social Benefit Bond raising (one of the first of its kind in the world). Steve is the President of the Stanford Australia Associate and a Director of the Stanford Australia Foundation.
Steve was previously at UBS for 14 years where his last role was co-head of the Combined Debt and Equity Capital Markets business for Australasia.
Before joining Fort Street Advisers in 2010, Lyndelle spent ten years at UBS in investment banking and equities in both Sydney and London, where she held various senior roles.
Prior to this Lyndelle worked at Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney.
Prior to joining Fort Street in 2011, Sandesh worked at Stephens Inc. in the United States, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, capital raisings and fairness opinions and valuations across multiple industries.
Prior to working in investment banking, Sandesh was a CPA licensed financial and operational auditor in the United States.
Most recently, Tribeni spent three years at J.P. Morgan in their investment banking division, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions for Australian real estate clients.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Tribeni worked at M.H. Carnegie & Co, an alternative asset manager and Lazard, where he completed M&A transactions across various sectors including tourism and hospitality, telecommunications, real estate and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Fort Street Cameron worked at UBS with experience across the Financial Sponsors and Technology, Media and Telecom, Healthcare and Equity Capital Markets teams.
Prior to joining Fort Street, Paul worked within the corporate finance team of fund manager, Walsh & Company, where he was involved in a number of equity and debt issuances.
Prior to joining Fort Street, Vicky worked in the Institutional Banking & Markets division at CBA and has experience in client advisory across broad range of industries including infrastructure, industrials and healthcare.
Prior to joining Fort Street, Eric worked in corporate development at BHP, where he focused on mining M&A and commercial development opportunities. Eric also previously worked in corporate strategy and investment evaluations at BHP, where he gained experience across bulk commodities, logistics, technology and infrastructure.
Prior to working in corporate roles, Eric was an electrical engineer and worked on some of the largest greenfield mine development projects in Western Australia.
Prior to joining Fort Street, Alex worked in the corporate finance team at fund manager, Walsh & Company, assisting in capital market transactions across a variety of asset classes including Australian and international equities, infrastructure, private equity and venture capital.
Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and also holds a Diploma in Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional Australia.
